Job description

• Carry out product repairs quickly and with quality.
• Handle consumer complaints according to company policy.
• Maintain work equipment/tools and ensure equipment is complete and ready to use.
• Fill in all proof of repair data accurately.
• Report the results of repairs to the Technical Admin.

Qualifications

• Age 20-40 years, minimum education SMA/SMK/equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience as an AC / Refrigeration Technician
• Understanding of VRF cooling systems (Preferable)
• Understand repair work, cleaning and installation of AC units
• Honest and responsible
• Have your own vehicle (motorbike)
